The first step
is to join the DataSmart Alliance mailing list (on
the left) and find out who else needs a similar piece of software.
Secondly, we will put together a regional user group
for your project. If there are not an adequate number of organisations
within your region, the project might become multi-regional or national.
Finally, we will hold an initial user group meeting
to identify the scope of the project and get user requirements,
upon which we will cost the project and calculate a membership
fee accordingly. The project starts once all the user group
members agree on the specified membership fee.
